Terms & Conditions

By engaging Lurvion Studio for digital marketing services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Services

Lurvion Studio provides digital marketing services including but not limited to brand strategy, content creation, paid media management, SEO, and social media marketing. The scope of services is defined in individual client agreements.

Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables. Lurvion Studio retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement.

Limitation of Liability

Lurvion Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced accordingly.

Refund Policy

At Lurvion Studio, we stand behind the quality of our work. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your place in our schedule and cover initial strategy and planning work.

Project Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, payment is due for all work completed up to the cancellation date. Any overpayment beyond completed work will be refunded within 14 business days.

Dissatisfaction

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, we will work with you through up to two rounds of revisions as specified in your agreement. Refunds are not issued for subjective dissatisfaction after revisions have been completed.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside of these terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis at Lurvion Studio's sole discretion.
